Realty firm AMR Infrastructure is developing an integrated township at Greater Noida with an investment of Rs 1,200 crore, agencies reported on Tuesday.
AMR Infrastructure Managing Director KapilAggarwal told the media, "The 25-acre project includes IT office space, residential units and a shopping mall. The shopping area will be a kind of adventure sports mall, where over 45 kinds of activities will be offered.”
The Delhi based company has already invested Rs 600 crore for the project and the rest of the fund will be raised through internal accruals and sales, added Aggarwal. The township will have 10 lakh sqft of IT space and 10.5 lakh sqft of adventure mall space. Apart from these, it will have 800 fully furnished service apartments with a price band of Rs 4,000 per sqft.
