Plan panel approves Rs 14,000 cr for Punjab in 2012-13 The Planning Commission on Monday sanctioned a plan outlay of Rs 14,000 crore for Punjab for 2012-13. The state outlay was finalised by Montek Singh Ahluwalia, Deputy Chairman of the Commission and Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal in New Delhi.
