Court gives Reliance Power time till Nov 22 to settle dispute

Coastal Andhra Power (CAPL), a Reliance Power owned subsidiary, has been given time till November 22 to settle the issues related to the change in Indonesia’s coal policies with its power buyers. A division bench of the Delhi High Court gave this order on 18 October.

State-level PSU Transformers and Electricals Limited Kerala (Telk) on Wednesday delivered its first 270 MVA, 400kV, single phase generator transformer, according to a company statement. The transformer is slated to be commissioned for Thermal Power Tech Corporation Limited (TPCIL)’s 660Mw super critical thermal power station in Krishnapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
